In this fast and developing world we all keep our self so busy that we even don;t care about our body and health and that finally results in loss of efficiency and concentration. And when we finally realize it we start to work on our health and for that we start joining gyms, doing joining and what not? But almost half of us even don’t know the real meaning of ‘Health’. So the real question is…
What is Health?
According to World Health Organization(WHO) Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity. So it is very much clear from definition that health is not merely consist of Good and fit body but also you need to be emotionally balanced, mentally present and socially active then only you can be considered as a Healthy person.
There are also some myths that says that if you going Gym daily and doing exercise daily then that’s enough for a person to being happy but actually that’s not a truth. The real truth has been described very clearly in the definition of WHO and so to be a real healthy person we need to prove our self on all of the conditions mentioned.
I guess now you all know what Health really means.
